Job summary

Arwen Tech in Islamabad is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and closure of technology projects. You will work with project managers, technical teams, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.

The role involves assisting with project plans, schedules, tracking, reporting, and documentation, requiring strong organizational and communication skills and familiarity with common PM tools.

Qualifications

• Understanding of project planning, scheduling, task tracking, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of risk, issue, change, and stakeholder management.
• Experience or familiarity with IT, ICT, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or technology projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports.
• Coordinate with technical teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate project activities.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and circulate action points for follow-up.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, communications, sign-offs, and handovers.
