Job summary

Rapex Technologies in Islamabad seeks a hands-on Lead Software Developer to architect, build and scale large end-to-end applications. You will lead a full-stack team, owning frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure decisions with a strong focus on performance, security and maintainability.

You will guide the product lifecycle, define technical standards, and mentor engineers while collaborating closely with product and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development, with 3+ years in tech lead/architect roles.
• Hands-on expertise in MERN, .NET, Angular and PostgreSQL, plus secure coding.
• Strong understanding of system design, microservices and API design.

Responsibilities

• Own technical architecture across frontend, backend, database and infra.
• Lead full-stack development using MERN, .NET, Angular and PostgreSQL.
• Translate business needs into technical designs with stakeholders.
• Guide product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iteration.
• Enforce engineering best practices, CI/CD, code reviews and standards.
• Design secure integrations with payment gateways and external systems.
• Mentor a team of full-stack developers and conduct technical interviews.
• Collaborate with DevOps on cloud infra and deployment pipelines.
