Job summary

HR Ways is seeking a Senior or Mid-Level MERN Engineer to join our tech-driven BPO in Karachi. You will develop and maintain robust web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, collaborating with product and design teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will design RESTful APIs, integrate front-end with backend logic, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers. A strong passion for JavaScript and modern frameworks will help you succeed in this onsite role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web development experience focusing on the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with MongoDB schema design and optimization.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices.
