The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable web applications and working confidently across both frontend and backend technologies.This role requires hands-on development, problem-solving ability, and the mindset to build clean, maintainable, and performance-driven applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
• Advanced experience with React.js and component-based architecture.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Experience working with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React and modern UI practices.
• Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs.
• Work with databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and manage data efficiently.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
