Job summary

Navigatorhr is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer (MERN) to lead features across frontend and backend, deploying production-grade apps. You will work with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to implement scalable solutions.

The role requires 5–6+ years of professional experience, strong JavaScript/ES6+, REST API design, authentication with JWT/OAuth/RBAC, and cloud deployment on AWS or DigitalOcean. In-person position based in Model Town, Lahore.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on MERN stack experience.
• Experience deploying apps on AWS or DigitalOcean.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/ES6+.
• Experience with REST APIs and API design.
• Experience with Git and clean coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
• Design, build, and maintain secure REST APIs.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security (JWT/OAuth/RBAC).
• Build responsive UI components using React.js and integrate with backend services.
• Optimize performance, queries, and cloud deployments; participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and international engineers.
