Hirestaff.ai is seeking a Team Lead – Operations (Night shift) to oversee a large on-site team in Karachi. You will drive daily operations, monitor KPIs, and ensure quality across processes.

Ideal candidates have experience leading 15–30+ staff, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent analytical and communication abilities. This role requires night shift availability and on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Supervise, mentor, and support a large team to meet performance targets.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance and operations reports.
• Analyze data using advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH).
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless task execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.

Team Lead/ Manager – Operations (Day Shift)

Location: 2nd Floor, Azad Trade Centre, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 14, Karachi

Job timings: 11AM– 8PM | Monday to Saturday | On-site

Robust Support & Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Operations to oversee our night shift team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
