Job summary

Petra Brands, a dynamic consumer products company, seeks an HR Operations Specialist to bridge traditional HR with automation. You will manage day-to-day HR processes and design automated workflows using no-code/low-code tools, AI models like Claude and ChatGPT, and automation platforms.

You will optimize onboarding, attendance, leave tracking, offboarding, and reporting while ensuring data accuracy across HR systems and dashboards for attrition and hiring pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in HR operations with automation.
• Hands-on with no-code/low-code automation tools.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workable, BambooHR, Zoho HR, Workday).
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

The Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy HR Operations Specialistto bridge the gap between traditional HR operations and modern workplace automation. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operational processes while activelyidentifyingbottlenecks to design, build, and deploy automated workflows.

The ideal candidatepossessesa strong blend of HR functional knowledge, operational discipline, and technical execution skills using no-code/low-code tools, generative AI (including Claude), and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Process Automation & Integration

• Audit existing HR workflows (onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, performance reviews, document generation) and design automated end-to-end solutions.
• Build automated multi-step workflows connecting HR systems with internal communication channels and productivity suites.
• Leverage AI models—specificallyClaude (Anthropic), ChatGPT, and custom LLM prompts—to automate HR copy, policy Q&A, candidate outreach, and internal ticket responses.
• Set up triggers, webhooks, and data syncs across HR platforms to reduce manual data entry and minimize operational errors.

2. HR Operations Management

• Execute core day-to-day HR operations, including attendance monitoring, leave management, onboardinglogistics, and employee query resolution.
• Maintain employee master data and ensure system updates across all software platforms are fast and accurate.
• Generate weekly and monthly HRmetricsdashboards (attrition, hiring pipeline, attendance trends) using automated reporting tools.

3. Tech Stack Maintenance & IT Alignment

• Serve as the primary admin for internal HR tools, HRIS, and automation software.
• Collaborate with IT and systems teams to ensure data privacy, tool permissions, and smooth API integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience combiningHR OperationswithHR Process Automation.
• Hands-onexpertisewith tools such asMake (Integromat),Zapier,n8n, orPower Automate.
• Deep familiarity with prompt engineering and workflow integration usingClaude,ChatGPT, or custom AI agents for HR documentation and communication.
• Experience with HR management systems (e.g.,Workable,BambooHR, Zoho HR, Workday)
• Advancedproficiencyin Google Workspace (Apps Script, Sheets, Forms), Microsoft 365, Slack/Teams workflows, andAirtable/Notion.
• Strong logic-building mindset (if-then conditions, webhooks, data mapping) without requiring full software engineering experience.
• Clear, professional verbal and written English skills for cross-functional alignment.
