Job summary

Interwood Mobel Karachi is seeking an experienced KDW Sales Lead to drive targets, mentor the sales team, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

You will read and interpret architectural drawings, floor plans and elevations to ensure design feasibility, while overseeing layouts, 3D renders, and quotations.

A background in Architecture or Interior Design with 5–7 years in kitchen and wardrobe sales, plus leadership and CAD/SAP/CRM skills, will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Architecture or Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
• 5–7 years in kitchen/wardrobe sales, design consulting, or project furniture.
• Strong reading/interpretation of technical drawings is essential.
• Proficient in IMOS, AutoCAD, 3D rendering tools; SAP/CRM knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the KDW sales team in achieving sales targets and converting leads into confirmed orders.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, dimensions, and construction details to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Oversee kitchen and wardrobe layouts, 3D renders, quotations, and technical documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, and quotations before submission to clients and the factory.
• Coordinate with technical, factory design, SCM, warehouse, and installation teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, design validation, installation monitoring, and project closure.
• Manage client relationships, follow-ups, design approvals, payments, and complaint resolution.
• Monitor team performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure showroom standards and SOP compliance.

• Bachelor's of Architecture, Diploma in Interior Design, or equivalent
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in kitchen and wardrobe sales, design consultation, or project furniture, preferably with team leadership experience.
• Strong technical drawing reading and interpretation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in IMOS, AutoCAD, 3D rendering tools, and working knowledge of SAP and CRM systems.
• Good understanding of kitchen and wardrobe materials, finishes, hardware, site measurements, and installation requirements.
• Strong leadership, client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
