Job summary

Interwood Mobel seeks an enthusiastic Executive Sales KDW to drive sales for kitchens, doors and wardrobes. The role involves engaging customers, promoting products, and maximizing sales opportunities within the designated market.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and 1–3 years of sales experience in retail or home goods. The position includes medical insurance, provident fund, and commissions/incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in retail/home goods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in kitchens, doors and wardrobes.
• Engage and educate customers about product features and benefits, providing personalised service.
• Maintain knowledge of product range, market trends and competitors to position offerings.
• Lead client engagement from site measurement through final finish report; maintain KDW opportunity matrix and meet monthly targets.
• Review quotations/drawings by Technical/Design to ensure accuracy and secure client sign-offs per SOP.
• Ensure KDW displays are updated, clean, and in working condition; escalate fixes as required.
• Follow all KDW & Retail SOPs, documentation standards, and service SLAs.
