Appointees to this administrative cadre manage official secretariat workflows, public administration files, ministerial correspondence, and policy coordination.

Serving as TEACHING ASSISTANT - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (MANAGEMENT SCIENCES), appointees process departmental summaries, draft official notifications, manage digital archives, and coordinate inter-branch administrative operations.
