Job summary

Brickstech is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. The role involves sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Rozee, Taraki, and others, and coordinating with clients on hiring needs.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of HR/recruitment experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.

Job Description

• Assist with payroll-related activities and maintain accurate employee/client records.
  
• Prepare recruitment reports, candidate updates, and other HR documentation.
  
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
