Job summary

Tri-Pack Films Limited in Karachi seeks a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for approved vacancies, from sourcing to onboarding.

You will build talent pipelines with universities and partners, coordinate internships, track KPIs, and support employer branding and HR communications. Strong communication and HR fundamentals are essential for success in this role. Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors is preferred to thrive in a busy, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management or Commerce.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate assessment, onboarding and HR fundamentals.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate recruitment for approved vacancies, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines and relationships with universities and recruitment partners.
• Coordinate internship and Management Trainee programs.
• Track recruitment KPIs, hiring progress and time to fill.
• Support engagement surveys, culture programs and diversity initiatives.
• Maintain new-hire records in SAP SuccessFactors RCM and ensure recruitment compliance.
• Support employer branding, HR communications, employment letters and exit interviews.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management or Commerce.
• Minimum 01 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate assessment, onboarding and HR fundamentals.
• Familiarity with SAP HCM, database management and intermediate MS Office proficiency.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical ability, attention to detail, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Initiative, adaptability and understanding of technology in talent acquisition.
