Job Description

• Responsible to refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for services.
• Responsible to testing of computers and ensuring that computers and software installation for various Computer applications and programs.
• Responsible to identifying and solving any problems that affect computer operating systems. Responsible for maintenance of computers and other equipment.
• Responsible for maintenance and upgrading of computer systems or offering recommendations on Upgrades needed.
• Responsible to maintain and repair network.
• Responsible to repair of computers and equipment on component levels.
• Responsible for coordination of computer maintenance with other information technology professionals such as Senior Operations Staff.
• Responsible to troubleshooting routine problems and maintenance of computers.
