Role Description

The System Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based at Buch International Hospital in Multan. This role focuses on analyzing hospital information systems, workflows, and data to support efficient, safe, and high-quality patient care. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, evaluating existing systems, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to design and implement IT solutions. The System Analyst will work closely with IT staff and vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage system configurations, support integrations, and ensure system stability and data integrity. The role also involves preparing technical and user documentation, training end users, and supporting ongoing optimization of digital tools used across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Systems Analysis and Business Analysis skills to assess requirements, map processes, and design effective solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose issues, interpret data, and propose corrective actions.
• Candidates should possess foundational Information Technology skills, including familiarity with hospital information systems, databases, and basic networking concepts.
