• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity.
• Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to staff regarding IT-related queries and the use of applications.
• Manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate records of hardware, software, and licenses.
• Perform regular maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and networking devices.
