Job summary

Imran Idrees Group of Companies in Sialkot, Pakistan seeks a trained Operation Theatre Technician with BS OTT or Diploma in OTT. This full-time role requires knowledge of OT procedures and sterilization, and assisting surgical teams.

You will prepare the theatre, instruments, equipment, and supplies, coordinate with CSSD, maintain OT records, and ensure infection prevention and patient safety per SOPs. Hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BS OTT from a recognized institution.
• Experience preference in hospital/teaching hospital.

Responsibilities

• Prepare OT theatre, instruments, equipment and supplies for procedures.
• Assist surgeons, anesthetists and OT staff during surgeries.
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection-control practices.
• Maintain OT records and instrument registers.
• Coordinate with CSSD for sterile sets availability.
• Support patient preparation, positioning and post-procedure OT arrangements.
• Operate and monitor OT equipment and report malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and hospital SOPs.
