The candidate will handle documentation, stock monitoring, emergency readiness, and coordination with the OT team to ensure smooth surgeries and timely case completion.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in the same position.

Responsabilités

• Operation Theatre Preparation: Prepare OT before surgeries ensuring all equipment and instruments are ready.
• Instrument Sterilization & Handling: Ensure proper sterilization and arrangement of surgical instruments.
• Intraoperative Assistance: Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures.
• Equipment Operation: Operate OT equipment such as suction machines, cautery, and monitors.
• Post-Procedure Cleanup: Ensure proper cleaning and preparation for next case.
• Stock Monitoring: Monitor surgical supplies and consumables.
• Emergency Readiness: Ensure readiness of OT for emergency procedures.
• Documentation Support: Maintain OT logs and records.
• Coordination: Work with OT team for smooth operations.
• Maintenance Reporting: Report equipment faults.
• General Responsibility: Any other task assigned by the management.
