Qualifications

Responsibilities

Manage allocation of the Operation Theatres (OT) according to the approved schedule.
Monitor, supervise, and train OT Technicians and CSSD Technicians in coordination with surgical specialties.
Ensure all equipment is functional and ready before OT allocation.
Plan and maintain adequate OT staffing to meet patient care needs.
Maintain records of procedures, theatre time utilization, and end-user feedback.
Participate in audits, quality improvement, and accreditation related to OT services.
Ensure readiness of OTs for emergencies and manage critical situations.
Adhere to infection prevention protocols and proper disposal of biomedical waste.
