Job summary

Wavetec in Karachi is seeking a Supply Chain Professional to coordinate logistics, import/export, and DTRE/EFS activities. You will work with Sales, Production, Planning, Freight forwarders, and clients to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Responsibilities include managing forwarder assignments, documentation, forecasting input, inventory planning, and optimizing cost and lead times while maintaining accurate DTRE/EFS inventories. Excellent communication and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months relevant logistics experience in cross-trade, import, export, and DTRE/EFS.
• Thorough knowledge of Import‑export and DTRE/EFS documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential as you will interact with regional counterparts and clients globally.
• Good Excel skills.
• Good presentation skills.

We are currently on the hunt for talented and energetic individuals for the position of Supply Chain professional for logistics, Import/Export, and DTRE/EFS role for our Karachi office

Job Description

• Day-to-day coordination with Sales, Production, Planning, Freight forwarders, regional counterparts, and clients to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Forwarders assignment, documentation, handling, and execution of shipments (Import, export, cross-trade).

Requirements

• Super relevant logistics experience (at least 6 months) in cross‑trade, import, export, and DTRE/EFS.
• Thorough Knowledge of Import‑export and DTRE/EFS documentation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must as you will be communicating with regional counterparts and clients from around the globe on a daily basis
• Good Excel skills
• Good presentation skills
