Job summary

Wavetec Private Limited in Karachi is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Executive with 2-3 years of relevant experience. The role requires planning shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders globally, and ensuring documents and compliance for export shipments from Karachi.

The candidate will manage SODs, coordinate payments to freight forwarders in Dubai and China, and ensure shipments meet specifications and timelines. Bachelor’s degree is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan shipment order in line with process P-08 and maintain its KPIs.
• Take shipment follow up with FF for delivery (Globally) and ensure the delivery is made within the time frame; quote at least from 3FF for every shipment.
• Responsible for managing SODs, arrangement for shipment of SODs as per instructions on the SOD, keeping the SOD owner updated.
• Handle shipments and documentation.
• Make export shipment documents (Karachi). Includes Shipment invoice, Shipment packing list, Form E, Airway Bill and Bill of Lading, Custom Clearance document.
• Check LC documents with shipping documents.
• Ensure payments are made to freight forwarders of Dubai and China.
• Ensure goods being shipped are as per SOD (Specs & Quantity).
