Job summary

Cyber System Private Limited in Lahore, Pakistan, is hiring a Customer Service & Operations Support Executive (Supply Chain) to manage daily order processing, customer communications, logistics coordination and documentation.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 2–3 years of relevant experience, a diploma or bachelor's in a related field, and strong Microsoft Excel skills with professional English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, order processing, logistics, or operations support.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when checking numbers and documents.
• Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure.
• ERP system experience is an advantage; NetSuite experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support to customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage order processing, order tracking, and operational coordination.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, transactions, and operational activities.
• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain data, verify figures, and prepare reports.
• Follow up on pending orders, shipments, payments, and documentation.
• Support communication with international customers and business partners across different time zones.
• Assist with ERP systems and ensure accurate data entry and record management.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and organization while working under deadlines.
