Job summary

HR POD Careers is looking for an implementation/operations project lead in Karachi to plan and manage customer implementations, coordinating with operations, warehousing, logistics, IT and management. • Minimum 3 years of experience managing implementation or operations projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior clients.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes including warehousing and logistics.
• Hands-on experience with supply chain tools such as WMS, TMS, or ERP modules.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage customer implementation projects, including scope, timelines, milestones, and go-live readiness.
• Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders across operations, warehousing, logistics, IT, and management.
• Map client warehouse and logistics processes and translate them into product requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal product and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Manage UAT, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Track project risks, scope changes, and progress, providing updates to clients and leadership.
