Job summary

Global Marketing Services (GMS) is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Officer to support procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics coordination in a fast-paced environment in Pakistan.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of supply chain experience, with familiarity in SAP ERP and MS Office. Import documentation and cross-department coordination are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Direct experience in supply chain operations; not suitable for unrelated experience.
• Basic understanding of procurement, inventory management, warehousing and logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office.
• Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products and materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and shipment tracking.
• Assist in demand forecasting and material requirement planning (MRP).
• Maintain procurement records, stock reports, and supply chain documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely availability and delivery of products.
• Assist in import documentation and shipment clearance processes.
• Ensure proper inventory records and compliance with established company procedures.
• Follow up on pending purchase orders and deliveries to ensure timely execution.
