Job description

• Assist in coordinating with suppliers for import execution while ensuring adherence to all required standards and regulations.
• Work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders to provide all necessary information for completing assigned tasks.
• Support banking-related processes, ensuring compliance with SBP regulations and procedures applicable to importers.
• Maintain and manage records associated with import activities.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Finance, Internal Audit, and end users as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the Purchase Department.
• Contribute to logistics planning by identifying efficient and cost-effective routing and strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBA in Supply Chain or equivalent education with more than 05 years of experience in Import, preferably in a healthcare organization
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Should be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel. ERP working experience will be an added advantage.
