Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement or related field.
• 2–3 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Strong vendor sourcing and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify procurement requirements and obtain approved purchase requests from relevant departments.
• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of required items.
• Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documents.
• Coordinate with departments, suppliers, Finance, Stores and other teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate timely replenishment of stock.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, price, delivery and service.
• Ensure purchases comply with budgets, policies and procedures.
• Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, defective items, pricing discrepancies and supplier disputes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
