• Conduct market visits to collect and verify vendor quotations and update procurement rates database.
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, payment documents, and related correspondence.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain activities.
• Follow up with vendors and internal departments regarding pending documentation, quotations, and payment processing.
