Responsabilités

• Enter and maintain procurement Purchase Orders (POs), payment records and related data.
• Coordinate with other departments for processing, verification, and completion of procurement documents and payment requests.
• Conduct market visits to collect and verify vendor quotations and update the procurement rates database.
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, payment documents and related correspondence.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain activities.
• Follow up with vendors and internal departments regarding pending documentation, quotations, and payment processing.
