Responsibilities

• In charge of mess operations and ensure meals are served properly and on time.
• Ensure the quality, quantity, and hygienic standards of all food cooked and served within the hostel.
• Be present in the mess during all meal timings.
• Ensure ledgers for items on charge are accurate and well-maintained.
• Ensure that rations are issued to the galley in a timely manner.
• Responsible for maintaining records of mess members and duty rosters for cooking and serving staff.
• Oversee the preparation of mess bills and ensure timely collection from students.
• Conduct firefighting training for all cooking and serving personnel.
• Ensure that food service in the dining hall is conducted in a proper and orderly manner.

Key Responsibilities

• - 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
• - NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
• - In process of pursuing a required degree.
• - Medically unfit.
• - Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
• - Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations.
