Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify the relevant industry clusters for each discipline, and maintain industry partners’ database.
• Reach out to the relevant industry partners through meetings, emails and calls.
• Conduct / arrange recruitment drives, job fairs, and career talks as per KPIs.
• Organize branding / recruitment activity pre-hype events across major cities in Pakistan.
• Compile employment data and reports for rankings; support international internships and NIP programs.
• Manage social media platforms and draft annual reports and data for rankings.

Key Responsibilities

To strengthen industry linkages and enhance employment outcomes for NUSTgraduates by identifying relevant industry clusters, maintaining a partnerdatabase, and coordinating engagement activities such as recruitment drives,job fairs, and career talks. The role also involves managing social mediaplatforms, compiling employment data and reports for rankings, and supportingthe execution of international internship and NIP programs at NUST.

• Identify the relevant industry clusters for each discipline, and maintain industry partners’ database.
• Reach out to the relevant industry partners through meetings, emails and calls.
• Conduct / arrange the following activities:
  • On & Off Campus Recruitment Drives (as per the KPIs)
  • Job Fairs in Major cities of Pakistan
  • Industrial/Alumni Career Talks (as per the KPIs)
  • Branding / Recruitment Activity Pre-hype Events
  • Obtain NUST graduates employment data through colleges / schools and analyze the statistics, and present them to the higher management in the form of presentations and reports.
  • Coordinate all activities related to the execution of International Internship programms at NUST.
  • Social Media Management -Manage the Official pages of Facebook & Twitter
  • Compiling and Drafting all the required annual reports and other data required for Rankings
  • Coordinate all activities related to the execution and implementation of the NIP programme at NUST.

Term and Conditions

Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional).

Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.

Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:

• 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
• NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
• In process of pursuing a required degree.
• Medically unfit.
• Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
• Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations.

Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
