Job summary

Edversity is seeking a well-connected Student Placement Specialist in Islamabad to secure jobs and internships for students. You will own the full placement cycle—building employer relationships, sourcing openings, matching candidates, and closing placements—while leveraging an existing HR network to open opportunities quickly.

You will coordinate drives, assess candidate readiness, and provide feedback to candidates and the training team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing or related field; master's degree is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in placement, corporate relations, talent acquisition, recruitment or business development.
• Proven network of HR managers, talent acquisition leads and hiring managers in Islamabad/Rawalpindi; contacts in Lahore and Karachi are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a pipeline of hiring partners across IT, telecom, banking, FMCG, consulting and other key sectors.
• Source job openings and match them with suitable candidates; coordinate interviews and offers.
• Assess candidate profiles and identify employability gaps; arrange CV reviews and mock interviews.
• Maintain up-to-date database of employers, openings, candidates and placement outcomes; report monthly on placements and pipeline.
