Qualifications

• Strong communication in English and Urdu.

• Discipline updating CRM and lead tracking records.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with warm leads from ads, forms, WhatsApp, calls, webinars, and social media inquiries.
• Speak with potential students to understand their background, career goals, interests, and learning needs.
• Recommend the most suitable Edversity program based on the student’s goals and profile.
• Clearly explain program details, learning outcomes, fee structure, payment process, and enrollment steps.
• Convert interested leads into paid enrollments and maintain CRM notes.
• Maintain lead status and call notes; report sales updates in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with admissions, operations, and program teams for onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets and share feedback on objections and market response.
