Job summary

Edversity in Islamabad is seeking an HR & Operations Trainee to gain hands-on exposure across recruitment, onboarding, office management and more. This role offers the full employee lifecycle experience and close collaboration with the HR Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment tasks: posting vacancies, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
• Support onboarding and offboarding: joiner documents, contracts, ID setup and orientation.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRIS data; ensure audit readiness.
