Edversity is seeking a highly organized Student Operations Associate to manage the complete student journey after enrollment. You will handle onboarding, cohort communication, instructor coordination, LMS management, and installment follow-ups in a hands-on, detail-oriented role at our Islamabad campus.

Ideal candidates are proactive, able to manage multiple cohorts, and fluent in English and Urdu. Prior experience in education operations or CRM/LMS tools is a plus, with a fresh graduate welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required or graduates in related fields.
• Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are welcome.
• Experience in education operations or customer success is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Onboard students after enrollment, verify payments, allocate batches.
• Maintain cohort sheets, track attendance, and send reminders.
• Coordinate with instructors, share class links, and collect resources.
• Manage student portal records and upload materials on time.
• Track and follow up on installment payments and discrepancies.
• Collect student feedback and support weekly quality reviews.
