Job summary

US Mobile is seeking a Workforce Analyst in Lahore to design capacity systems that translate demand into workforce needs and costs. You will model how changes in launches, promotions, and seasons affect staffing, and you’ll help build the in-house platform that runs daily forecasts and signals.

You will work with Operations, People, and Product Experience teams across Pakistan and the US to answer big questions about where to allocate human capacity and what value it creates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations analytics, strategy, consulting, or any data role where your analysis changed real decisions.
• Comfortable with forecasting and statistics (trends, seasonality, uncertainty).
• Curious about people as much as numbers; understand what makes them stay, grow and perform.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• A builder’s instinct: automate a report rather than update it by hand weekly.
• Able to operate independently and own a project from question to decision.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand picture: model how customer contact moves with growth, launches, promotions, and seasons.
• Turn demand into capacity strategy: determine how many people, with which skills, in which channels, at what cost.
• Build the people side of the model: hiring, ramp, tenure, performance, attrition.
• Turn analysis into systems: design forecasts, rules, and signals for our in-house workforce platform.
• Find hidden data signals: uncover unseen demand or wasted capacity.
• Test new ideas and work with Operations, People, and Product Experience teams in Pakistan and the US.
