Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence Islamabad is seeking a Technical Relationship Manager to oversee strategic accounts, coordinating with product management and tech support to resolve complex technical issues and drive platform adoption.

You will deliver white-glove service, conduct technical reviews, lead deployment of new Excel plugin versions, and ensure client IT and market data contacts are aligned. Office presence: minimum two days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client service, service desk or technical settings.
• Proficient in corporate tech environments and Windows OS.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Basic understanding of the finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Strategic Accounts as Technical Relationship Manager for Capital IQ initiatives.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and Relationship Managers to resolve technical issues and drive strategic initiatives.
• Deliver white glove service to strategic accounts and support usage growth to protect renewals.
• Conduct regular Technical Account reviews with enterprise IT and Market Data contacts.
• Lead deployment of new platforms and updated Excel plugin versions with client IT and Market Data teams.
• Work from the office at least two days per week.
