Job summary

S&P Global is seeking an Associate for Technology, Media & Telecommunications – Client Operations based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The role involves providing critical research and knowledge to a global client base, via email, chat and phone, while collaborating with product and content teams.

The position offers night shift aligned with US Eastern Time, with flexibility for other shifts. You will work with a diverse, global team and contribute to client training and knowledgebase development.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years working experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting/finance, TMT industry or global economy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries via email, chat and phone.
• Channel client ideas to content and product teams to improve data quality.
• Develop subject matter expertise in TMT sectors with senior team members.
• Support workflow management and accurate data logging in systems.
• Contribute to operational efficiency using Lean principles.
