Job summary

Motive in Lahore is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II to join the Sales Operations group as a strategic partner, driving efficiency and scaling the operations model through data-informed insights.

You will analyze data, create dashboards in Google Sheets and Excel, and collaborate with sales leaders to ensure alignment and high-quality outputs while maintaining data integrity throughout projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields with data analysis focus.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel and Salesforce is essential; SQL is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze data to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports providing critical business insights.
• Assist in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
