Motive is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II to partner with Sales Ops and scale our operations model. You will help drive growth by turning data into strategic insights that support high-impact initiatives across the sales organization.

Responsibilities include data analysis, dashboard creation, project management, and close collaboration with sales leaders. You will ensure data quality and communicate business narratives using SQL and spreadsheets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields with a data focus.
• Strong data analysis and reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: generate and analyze data to drive decisions and efficiency.
• Dashboard Creation: develop dashboards and reports with critical insights.
• Project Management: assist managing multiple projects to meet objectives.
