Job summary

Motive is seeking an Associate Manager, Business Strategy & Operations in Lahore (Hybrid). You will lead a team of analysts and operations professionals, own forecasting and KPI reporting, and partner with Sales, Finance, and BI to drive growth and efficiency.

This role requires strong analytical judgment and the ability to turn complex problems into scalable processes. Based in Lahore with US ET hours, the role involves 3–4 days in the office weekly and hands-on leadership in a fast‑growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, sales operations, strategy, analytics or related fields.
• Experience mentoring analysts and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data-driven impact.
• Experience building/reporting forecasting dashboards and processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; SaaS/tech exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and operations professionals.
• Own forecasting, KPI reporting, pipeline reporting, and productivity analysis.
• Translate priorities into workflows, metrics, and execution plans.
• Lead complex analyses and cross‑functional projects end-to-end.
• Improve reporting accuracy, data quality, automation, and scalability.
• Identify gaps, diagnose root causes, and drive actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, BI, Data teams to align priorities.
