The role blends hands-on leadership with rigorous analytics to scale go-to-market activities. You’ll drive reporting, forecasting, and productivity improvements while aligning multiple teams with company priorities.

The position is Lahore-based with a hybrid schedule, requiring 3–4 days in‑office weekly and coordination with U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, or related field.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts, operations professionals, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to connect data to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and operations professionals.
• Own forecasting, KPI reporting, pipeline reporting, and productivity analysis.
• Translate priorities into practical workflows and metrics.
• Lead complex analyses and cross-functional projects from problem definition to implementation.
• Improve reporting accuracy, data quality, and process automation.
• Identify performance gaps, determine root causes, and drive recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, BI, Data, and teams to align priorities.
