Motive is seeking an Associate Manager, Business Strategy & Operations in Lahore. This hybrid role is aligned with US Eastern Time hours and requires 3–4 days in the office weekly.

You will lead a team of analysts and operations professionals, owning forecasting, KPI reporting, and productivity analysis to drive growth and efficiency. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts, operations professionals, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience building or improving reporting, forecasting, dashboards, planning processes, or workflows.
• Excellent communication, organization, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment is preferred.
