Job summary

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real estate portal, is hiring a proactive Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities and forge strategic partnerships. You will drive revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion strategies across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

The role requires 5–7 years in real estate BD or sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• 5–7 years of BD or sales experience in real estate.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of real estate market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate potential clients, investors, and partners.
• Develop strategies to generate leads for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Understand client needs and tailor property solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for high-value projects.
• Collaborate with brokers, agents, developers, and investors.
• Represent the company at events and client meetings.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track performance metrics and report to senior management.
