Job summary

PTCL seeks a seasoned Program/Project Manager to lead strategic ICT and telecommunications projects in Pakistan. You will plan, execute and monitor initiatives within defined budgets and timelines, while guiding stakeholders and ensuring alignment with PTCL's transformation objectives.

The role requires strong budgeting, governance, risk management, and quality control skills, with emphasis on vendor management and change processes to deliver high-impact ICT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and deliver strategic projects within scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management, risk mitigation, governance compliance and alignment with PTCL Group objectives.
• Communicate with stakeholders, address concerns and secure positive feedback.
• Monitor budgets and costs to manage variances and ensure efficient utilization.
• Oversee vendor performance, SLA compliance, contracts and timely procurement/deliveries.
• Evaluate change requests and manage quality impact on project scope, cost and timelines.

Education
