Job summary

PTCL Group in Pakistan is seeking a Telecom Engineer to plan and deploy FTTH networks, corporate and carrier links, MSAGs, and related activities in Wah, Taxila, Hassan Abdal and surrounding RTR areas. The role requires coordination with customers and Technical Ops to ensure projects are delivered on time.

You will verify survey results, prepare high-level and low-level designs, submit FRs, and manage BoQs with PAT team while upholding HSE standards. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, IT, Computer) required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field.
• Knowledge about FTTH, GIS and PAT activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deploy FTTH network, MSAGs/MSANs, GPON OLTs, Hybrid MSAG, Transmission Nodes, IP Edge Equipment, DRS links, corporate links and Carrier links in Wah/Taxila/Hassan Abdal and RTR.
• Ensure surveys and HLD/LLD verification of surveyed areas in coordination with Customer and Technical Ops against FTTH, corporate, ISP projects.
• Submit FRs and deployment plans for corporate projects in a timely manner.
• Coordinate BoQs with PAT team for SAN/GRN to PD and ensure expense booking.
• Maintain Health, Safety and environmental standards to prevent equipment damage and protect personnel.
• Coordinate effectively with management and vendors to meet rollout targets.
