SECOURS ISLAMIQUE FRANCE (SIF) in Pakistan seeks a proactive fundraising and business development professional to advance donor engagement, proposal development, and strategic growth across programs serving vulnerable communities.

You will lead end-to-end BD efforts, ensure compliance with donor rules, strengthen partnerships with institutional funders, and integrate MEAL findings into new proposals while coordinating with field teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in development studies, public policy, economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of fundraising, donor relations, or BD in humanitarian/development sectors.
• Strong English writing and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of donor compliance and BD processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic business development and annual resource mobilization plans.
• Manage donor engagement with institutional funders and partners.
• Coordinate end-to-end proposal development following PMP formats.
• Integrate MEAL indicators and evaluation findings into proposals.
• Support coordination with Programs, Finance, MEAL, HR and Logistics teams.
