Job summary

The Citizen Foundation in Pakistan invites applications for a Manager Data Strategy who will sit at the intersection of fundraising, data, process and technology. The role exists to help Pakistan Development teams spend more time fundraising by giving them reliable data, actionable donor insights, simpler processes and better tools.

This position also serves as the link between Pakistan Development and TCF’s Data Analytics, Salesforce, Digital Transformation and IT teams, translating business

Responsibilities

• Data & Insights: Own Pakistan Development’s data requirements, improve data quality and develop dashboards, reporting tools and donor insights that help fundraising teams make better decisions.
• Business Intelligence: Extract and analyze data from Salesforce and other sources, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Process Improvement: Map key fundraising processes, identify bottlenecks, duplication and unnecessary steps, and redesign workflows to make them simpler, faster and easier for teams to follow.
• Salesforce & Systems: Work closely with Salesforce and technical teams to improve how fundraising data is captured, stored, extracted and used. Translate business requirements into system improvements and support testing and implementation.
• Automation & AI: Identify repetitive or manual work that can be simplified or automated, and work with relevant teams to apply AI, workflow automation or other digital tools where they create practical value.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate data, process and technology initiatives across teams, manage dependencies and ensure solutions are implemented with minimum disruption to frontline fundraising teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify problems and improvement opportunities without waiting to be asked, develop practical solutions and drive them through to closure.
