SMB Services in Karachi seeks a visionary Director of Strategic Partnerships & Global Engagement to lead fundraising, donor engagement, and strategic partnerships, aligning funding with organizational goals. You will oversee capital campaigns, grants, and donor stewardship while expanding global reach and partnerships.

The role requires 7+ years in leadership with a proven track record in major gifts, sponsorships, and international collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Fundraising, International Relations, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience in strategic, business development, fundraising, or partnership-focused positions.
• Proven track record of securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and grants at significant levels.
• Expertise in capital campaigns, donor cultivation, and philanthropic development strategies.
• Strong ability to develop and execute high-impact fundraising campaigns and events.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with donors, sponsors, institutional partners, and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategic plans to drive fundraising activities and financial sustainability.
• Identify key opportunities, risks, and areas for expansion by leveraging market insights and global industry trends.
• Work closely with the executive team to align fundraising goals with programmatic needs, capital projects, and operational priorities.
• Monitor and analyze donor trends, funding landscapes, and development strategies to optimize fundraising efforts.
• Establish measurable objectives and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy encompassing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, foundation grants, and philanthropic partnerships.
• Build and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth donors, institutional funders, and global organizations to secure long-term financial support.
• Lead capital campaigns, fundraising events, and donor engagement initiatives to generate financial commitments.
• Oversee the development of grant proposals and funding applications, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Maintain and strengthen donor stewardship programs, ensuring transparency, engagement, and recognition of contributions.
• Develop sustainable funding channels to support long-term organizational growth.
• Forge strategic partnerships with corporations, industry associations, universities, government agencies, and other relevant institutions to expand the organization's reach and resources.
• Establish relationships with global institutions, international funding bodies, and professional networks to strengthen the organization's presence.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration, sponsorships, joint initiatives, and strategic alliances.
• Represent SMB Services at high-profile conferences, networking events, and stakeholder meetings, acting as a key ambassador for the organization.
• Negotiate partnership arrangements and maintain strong relationships with strategic stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop compelling storytelling campaigns, impact reports, and donor engagement materials.
• Oversee the creation of annual reports, sponsorship presentations, proposals, and fundraising materials to communicate the organization's impact effectively.
• Ensure consistency in brand positioning and messaging across development, fundraising, and partnership activities.
• Strengthen the organization's visibility and credibility among donors, sponsors, institutional partners, and other stakeholders.
• Develop communication strategies that support engagement, trust, and long-term relationships.
• Build and lead a high-performing development team, including fundraising officers, grant writers, and donor relations specialists, as required.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to enhance team capabilities in fundraising, partnership development, and stakeholder management.
