Job summary

Nextbridge, Lahore-based, seeks a Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities and secure timely, cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. You will collaborate with vendors, maintain supplier relationships, and support the supply chain to meet business needs.

Requirements: 3+ years in procurement, a bachelor's in a related field, strong negotiation, communication, and ERP skills; on-site role with potential cost-saving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Pakistani or UAE procurement laws is preferred.
• Experience in merchandise management and event management coordination with HR is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate terms.
• Maintain approved suppliers database and ensure compliance.
• Conduct market research to source reliable suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders based on requisitions.
• Ensure timely procurement per standards and budget.
• Monitor orders and address discrepancies or delays.
• Analyze pricing trends and implement cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support inventory and warehouse teams on stock levels.
