Job summary

AGAHE seeks a Partnerships Advisor to lead strategic partnerships, resource mobilization, and external engagement across government, donors, and development partners. The role emphasizes building sustainable collaboration, managing a diverse partnership pipeline, and advancing organizational growth.

The position requires a Master’s degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience, with travel to multiple regions within Pakistan and a focus on strategic influence and evidence-based advocacy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Development Studies, Public Policy, International Relations, Public Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in development/humanitarian/climate resilience or related sectors.
• Proven track record developing and managing partnerships with governments, donors, UN agencies, INGOs, foundations, and private sector actors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic partnership framework to strengthen positioning, growth, and sustainability.
• Establish and maintain high‑value relationships with government institutions, donors, UN agencies, foundations, academia, and private sector partners.
• Identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships advancing sustainable development and climate resilience.
• Lead negotiation and management of MoUs, consortium agreements, and strategic alliances.
• Manage partnership pipeline with stakeholder mapping, engagement planning, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead resource mobilization and business development across donors, CSR initiatives, and financing mechanisms.
• Support government engagement and institutional partnerships across national and subnational levels.
• Develop knowledge materials, investment cases, and advocacy content for stakeholders.
• Represent AGAHE at national and international forums to promote visibility and thought leadership.
