Consultant - Resource Mobilization and Strategic Partnerships
Pakistan is one of the youngest countries in the region, with over 64% of its population under the age of 30. Since 2012, ACT has positioned young people as leaders and partners in change, focusing on leadership development, life skills, reproductive health, climate resilience, social cohesion, and volunteerism. Through strategic partnerships, including the Prime Minister's Youth Programme (PMYP) and UNFPA ; ACT has engaged over 560 youth leaders since 2024 through forums, policy dialogues, and advocacy platforms. ACT's 2026 calendar includes two flagship national observances; National Youth Day and a National Day on Life Skills, alongside an ongoing need to strengthen ACT's visibility and partnership base at national and international platforms. Delivering both events at the standard ACT requires dedicated, specialist resource mobilization capacity beyond what the core programme team can absorb alongside its delivery workload. ACT is therefore recruiting a Consultant; Resource Mobilization and Strategic Partnerships to lead time-bound fundraising for both national days and to systematically position ACT at relevant forums to build a durable pipeline of institutional, bilateral, and corporate partners.
To secure the funding and strategic partnerships required to deliver National Youth Day (August 2026) and the National Day on Life Skills (December 2026) at ACT's intended scale and quality, and to establish ACT as a recognized, credible voice in national and international youth-development forums; generating a partnership pipeline that extends beyond either event.
ACT International is committed to creating a safe and respectful working environment and maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH).
